When I was doing my graduation, I had received an opportunity to work with Google for a month and it was a good experience to work in such an organization because Google tends to develop a very positive corporate culture and also tries to emphasize on the major roles that each individual is playing within the company. It was observed that the employees work together and they are encouraged to involve in any kind of decision making for the organization.
